HORSHAM, PA, March 27, 2023 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it has been selected as a Top Workplace for 2023 by The Philadelphia Inquirer. This marks the sixth time the firm has been named a Top Workplace in Philadelphia.

The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Kreischer Miller is one of only 171 companies in the Greater Philadelphia region to be named to the list. The firm’s survey results found that employee engagement scored in the 86th percentile compared to similar accounting firms. Team members agreed strongly with statements such as “Kreischer Miller encourages different points of view” and “new ideas are encouraged at Kreischer Miller,” placing the firm in the 99th percentile for open-mindedness and innovation.

Additionally, when asked what words describe the culture at Kreischer Miller, employees responded most frequently with inclusive, caring, supportive, engaging, positive, team-oriented, and respectful.

“We are incredibly proud to have been selected as a Top Workplace in Philadelphia for a sixth time, especially since the selection process is based entirely on feedback from our team members,” said Chris Meshginpoosh, Kreischer Miller’s Managing Director. “It is particularly gratifying to see that the words our team members used to describe our firm are in line with the inclusive, caring culture we are trying to foster at Kreischer Miller. We believe that by providing our team members the tools, support, and flexibility they need to achieve their professional as well as their personal goals, they will be happier and more productive both at work and outside it. That, in turn, encourages them to provide excellent client service and make meaningful contributions to their clients and the firm.”

Today’s employees are increasingly seeking more than just a job; they are looking for an environment that provides greater work-life balance as well as opportunities that offer meaning and purpose. When asked why they would recommend working at Kreischer Miller, team members made comments such as “I believe that leadership truly cares about employees’ happiness,” “Better work-life balance than other public accounting firms,” and “Great culture, people, and learning opportunities.” One team member elaborated, noting that “I would recommend Kreischer Miller as a place to work because I think it combines the best of everything that public accounting can offer an individual as a career.
