Melanie has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience in the professional services and financial services industries. As Kreischer Miller’s Director of Marketing she is responsible for leading all marketing and communications activities for the firm, including strategy and planning, brand awareness, positioning and messaging, content marketing and thought leadership, digital marketing, and advertising.
Melanie is focused on increasing the awareness of Kreischer Miller’s brand in the marketplace across all channels as well as ensuring that clients are familiar with all of the firm’s capabilities and how Kreischer Miller can help them improve their businesses. She also trains team members on the firm’s positioning and messaging to foster more productive conversations with clients and prospective clients.
Melanie joined Kreischer Miller in 2010. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, she was the Marketing Manager for the Labor & Employment practice of Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia. In this role she was responsible for marketing and practice development initiatives to drive new business and increase cross-selling activity for a global practice of more than 290 attorneys.
Melanie spent the first 13 years of her career in a series of marketing leadership roles for SEI in Oaks, PA. Most recently she was the Global Marketing Director for the company’s Private Banking Business Unit where she designed the marketing structure and developed the marketing strategy for a newly-formed global business unit. She built and led a team of marketing professionals who executed the marketing communications and PR strategy for the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
