HORSHAM, PA, June 14, 2021 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it has hired Diane L. Franzoni as a director in the firm’s Audit & Accounting group. In this role, Diane will provide a range of audit, accounting, and business advisory services to privately-held and family-owned businesses, primarily in the manufacturing and professional services industries.

Diane has over 30 years of diversified and progressive accounting, business management, and financial services experience, including roles in public accounting and private industry. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Rosemont College and went on to hold roles as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia as well as a partner at Smart & Associates LLP in Devon, PA. Her responsibilities at both firms included providing accounting and audit services to privately-held manufacturing companies, professional services firms, and employee benefit plans.
Diane also has accounting experience in the private sector as the Director of Accounting with American Meter Company, a privately-held manufacturing company. Additionally, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at David Michael & Co., Inc., a family-owned manufacturing company, and Weber Gallagher, a Philadelphia-based law firm. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
