In the post, Kristin talked about Kreischer Miller's commitment to inclusion, and what inspired the firm to use the AICPA's new Accounting Inclusion Maturity Model, which helps accounting firms track and rate their diversity and inclusion efforts. Kristin also spoke about what the firm learned as a result of going through the Model, and the changes that resulted from the findings.
