The practice will focus on serving small to mid-sized businesses for which it may not be feasible or cost-effective to have a full-time controller or accounting department. The new service will allow these companies to either completely outsource their accounting and finance functions, or augment the capabilities of their existing teams.
Using the latest cloud-based technology, core OAS offerings of the new practice include:
- Accounting services: Maintaining the chart of accounts and general ledger, performing monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining the depreciation schedule, preparing year-end 1099s, assisting with financial statement and audit preparation, and helping ensure compliance with new accounting pronouncements.

- Executive support services: Preparing a monthly reporting package that includes an executive summary, balance sheet, income statement, budget, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.
