Bobbi Kelly, Director-in-Charge of Kreischer Miller's Talent Advisory practice, will be participating in a panel discussion at this dinner event sponsored by SIM Philadelphia, the premier society for IT professionals and thought leaders.
The panel will explore the Great Resignation and ways to close the employment hiring gap across the globe. The discussion will cover many aspects of where employment recruitment practices can be improved including Neurodiversity, Work from Anywhere practices, and Safety in the workplace considerations.
