Like many organizations, Kreischer Miller recognizes the business benefits that come with strong diversity within a company. When it comes to a diversity strategy, the focus often shifts toward hiring more minority candidates. In fact, when Bobbi attended the National Association of Black Accountants' (NABA) Eastern Region Student Conference last fall, recruiting was the primary consideration. However, her experience at the conference made it clear to her that the other side of the coin is inclusion.
