Rich is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. Rich has over 30 years of experience providing business advisory services, audit, accounting, and tax services to a variety of privately-held businesses. Rich has assisted businesses and their owners with various business advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, quality of earnings analysis, pre and post transactional support, cash flow and working capital modeling, operational audits and reviews, and bank refinancing. He also serves as audit director in several other industries, including manufacturing and distributionmedia companies, professional service companies, real estate, and others. Additionally, Rich works with all types of retirement plans including defined contributions, defined benefits and health and welfare plans.

Background

Rich joined Kreischer Miller in 1991.  Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, he worked at another accounting firm for four years, specializing in the audits and tax preparation of privately-held businesses.
