HORSHAM, PA, February 2, 2026 — Kreischer Miller, a leading independent advisory, audit and accounting, and tax firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it has promoted team members Timothy Miller and Maryssa Smith to Director and Manager, respectively.

Tim Miller is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. He joined Kreischer Miller in January 2012 upon his graduation from Pennsylvania State University, where he earned both a B.S. and master’s degree in accounting. Tim has experience delivering audit, review, and business advisory services to privately held companies across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and technology. He is also an active member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) groups, and is a frequent presenter at regional ESOP conferences, where he discusses emerging issues and best practice solutions for ESOP organizations. 

Maryssa Smith is a Manager in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2016. Prior to Kreischer Miller, she was an Associate for an international CPA firm, providing audit and assurance services to privately held companies and public interest entities. As a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group, Maryssa provides audit and accounting services to a variety of businesses, including those in the manufacturing, distribution, and government contracting industries. She also specializes in audits of employee benefit plans, including 401(k) and pension plans, and is a member of the firm’s EBP group.
