Molly is a Manager in Kreischer Miller's Marketing group. Molly provides strategic marketing support and best practices to the firm’s industry and service groups, helping them create targeted go-to-market plans. She has experience developing and implementing on-brand initiatives with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing and thought leadership, client and industry-sponsored events (virtual and in-person), graphic design, and advertising. Additionally, Molly continually works to improve the firm’s digital capabilities by incorporating the latest marketing trends in the industry. She also plays a key role in the firm’s market research efforts, helping to design and execute trend surveys, analyze survey data, and create reports to summarize the results.

Molly is an instructor for the firm’s internal training program for new hires on marketing and brand development. This program educates team members on Kreischer Miller’s brand and positioning which enables them to communicate effectively in the marketplace and provide optimal service to their clients.

Background

Molly joined Kreischer Miller in 2017 upon graduation from Loyola University Maryland.
