HORSHAM, PA, August 26, 2025 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent advisory, audit and accounting, and tax firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it promoted six team members to Manager – Jeane Kim, Peter Krone, Matthew Miller, Mike O’Donnell, Shannon O’Neill, and Matthew Romig.

Jeane Kim, CPA, is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2018 upon graduation from Temple University, where she received her Master of Accountancy degree. Jeane provides a variety of tax services and strategies, including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research for multi-state companies, corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
Peter Krone is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2016 upon graduation from Bloomsburg University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting. Peter provides audit, accounting, and business advisory services to not-for-profit and tax-exempt organizations, including membership associations, educational institutions, and public and private foundations. Peter is experienced in performing audits in accordance with certain federal, state, and local requirements, as well as engagements requiring certain compliance and programmatic reporting.
Matthew Miller is a Microsoft Solutions Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Technology Solutions group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2022. Prior to that, Matt built his career in roles that sat at the intersection of engineering, IT, and operations. He has designed precision timing modules for aerospace applications, advanced manufacturing methods for fiber optics, and implemented complex warehousing and distribution software for the food industry.
Matt focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, PowerAutomate, and Power BI for mid-market organizations. He works with manufacturing, service, logistics, distribution, not-for-profit, and finance clients to streamline operations and improve visibility. Matt’s work includes implementing core Business Central functionality as well as developing APIs to automate, connect existing applications, close gaps between systems, and deliver better reporting.
Michael O’Donnell is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Small Business Advisory group. Mike joined Kreischer Miller in 2012 upon graduation from West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. Mike works closely with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and emerging companies, helping them navigate the complexities of growth, succession planning, and operational efficiency with proactive solutions and a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing small business owners.
Mike’s expertise includes reviewed and compiled financial statements, ensuring clients receive accurate and insightful financial reporting. He is also highly experienced in tax planning and preparation, helping businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates achieve both compliance and strategic tax advantages.
In addition, Mike provides support with mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients through company purchases and sales, assisting with financial due diligence, and advising on transaction structure and tax implications.
Shannon O’Neill is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2018 upon graduation from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting as well as her Master of Accountancy. Shannon has experience providing services to privately held companies in the manufacturing, service, real estate, and investment fund industries. She provides a variety of tax services and strategies including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research for multi-state companies, partnerships, corporations, trusts, private foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Matthew Romig, CPA, is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s State and Local Tax group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2017 upon graduation from West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Matt provides a range of multi-state income/franchise tax and sales and use tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of businesses, including those in the manufacturing, construction, distribution, and professional services industries. He helps businesses of all sizes with notice resolution, nexus studies and remediation, voluntary disclosure agreements, taxability studies, audit defense, and acquisition and disposition planning.
