Kreischer Miller Tenure

I’ve been with the firm since 2009 and started my public accounting career here.

How has Kreischer Miller influenced your career?

During my time at Kreischer Miller, I have attended events and been involved in organizations that are specific to women in accounting as well as outside groups, all with the firm’s support. The organizations I’ve been involved with include the Women of the PICPA, Women on Course, and the National Association of Women in Construction. I am also involved with the education committee for the firm’s internal women’s initiative, RISE.

There are many women at Kreischer Miller who I seek out and look to for guidance and support as I approach various life and career adjustments, one of which is becoming a mother in February. The firm offers alternative work arrangements that can be tailored to fit an employee’s schedule to achieve work and life integration, which I will be utilizing in the upcoming months.

What is your advice for other women?
Your opportunity at Kreischer Miller is what you make of it. There is a great support system here to help you achieve your professional goals, but you have to be a willing participant. Make yourself and your goals a priority.
