The roundtable kicks off a series of discussions that will focus exclusively on the challenges facing employee-owned companies. Mature ESOPs face unique challenges derived from retiring employees, higher than expected share price appreciation, and taking advantage of strategic opportunities.
In this inaugural roundtable, panelists will address how mature ESOPs can deal with the challenges of repayment obligations. The floor will then be open for discussion, and panelists will answer questions and facilitate a discussion.
