Michael A. Coakley, director of Audit & Accounting and head of Kreischer Miller's Manufacturing Industry Group, presented the survey's results at an event sponsored by the Manufacturing Alliance of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The key takeaway from the presentation was that while the region's manufacturers feel optimistic, they are facing a continuing shortage of skilled labor.
