Wednesday, July 1, 2020Year-End Tax Planning in the Shadow of Proposed Tax Reform

9:00am-10:00am

Join us for part 7 of this 7-part webinar series where we will explore recent tax law changes and important planning considerations for yourself and your organization.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) enacted in 2017 introduced new rules related to “Siloing” of Unrelated Business Taxable Income (UBTI) and the taxation of Transportation Fringe Benefits. This webinar discusses the repeal of the taxation of Transportation Fringe Benefits and the current rules related to the required “Siloing” of UBTI. We also discuss some timely information regarding the overall governance issues related to worker classification, executive compensation, and the Form 990 board review.

Presenters:

Christopher M. Pekula, Director, Tax Strategies

Lisa G. Pileggi, Director-in-Charge, Tax Strategies
