The Challenge

Saxco experienced substantial growth due to a number of major acquisitions on the West Coast and in Canada. Each acquired entity had a unique set of systems and processes, resulting in information management, collaboration, and resource utilization challenges throughout the organization. Saxco was interested in leveraging its newly attained economies of scale to develop a more unified and integrated set of capabilities throughout the organization, with a focus on achieving increased market share and client service levels.

The Solution

Kreischer Miller’s Technology Solutions group conducted a high-level review of various systems and processes in each division and assisted the management team with developing an effective IT roadmap. The roadmap identified a multi-year system improvement plan with applicable budgetary and resource implications.
