Mark is a Manager in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group, where he provides audit and accounting services to clients across a diverse range of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, governmental, and not-for-profit organizations.

Mark has extensive experience working with not-for-profit entities, including continuing care retirement communities, healthcare organizations, and social service providers. He performs engagements under Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), Uniform Guidance (single audits), the City of Philadelphia Subrecipient Audit Guide, and under the requirements of the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Mark works closely with management and boards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthen financial reporting processes.

In his work with construction and real estate clients, Mark performs audits and reviews in support of lender and bonding requirements. He partners with clients to enhance accounting processes, improve financial reporting accuracy, and strengthen internal control environments, helping organizations operate more efficiently and meet stakeholder expectations.

Mark is actively involved in Kreischer Miller’s Construction and Not-For-Profit Industry Groups, where he contributes to industry thought leadership and client service initiatives.

Background

Mark rejoined Kreischer Miller in 2021, having previously worked at the firm for seven years. In between his time with Kreischer Miller, Mark was a Senior Manager at a national accounting firm in Philadelphia, where his responsibilities included timely completion of audits, management of the engagement team, and performing audits under firm and professional standards for privately held companies. He also worked as an accounting manager for a manufacturing company in Lansdale, PA which allows him to incorporate real-world insight into his audit approach.
