Jennifer is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience providing services including financial due diligence for buyers and sellers, transaction structuring, purchase price adjustment advice, purchase agreement review, and related advisory services.  She has advised on a variety of complex transactions, including cross border, carve-outs, recapitalizations, initial public offerings, and rollups. 

Jennifer has significant experience performing quality of earnings analysis and operational due diligence.  She has led projects to assess M&A process, purchase accounting, and implementation of IFRS for companies in a variety of industries.

Jennifer has a broad range of industry experience, including power and utilities, industrial products, healthcare, service businesses, and industry consolidations.

She is a frequent speaker at M&A conferences and has facilitated a number of client roundtable sessions in the U.S., Canada, and Europe to explore the implications of new accounting standards.

Background

Jennifer joined Kreischer Miller in 2012.  Prior to joining the firm, she was a Transaction Services Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  During her 23 year tenure at PwC, she spent more than 15 years in the mergers and acquisitions area and advised on over 25o transactions for U.S. and international companies.
