Eric is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit & Accounting group. has experience providing audit, accounting, and business advisory services to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, distributors, professional service companies, construction contractors, and investment companies. During his career, Eric has assisted numerous clients with a variety of technical accounting and advisory topics including business combinations, equity compensation structures, investments and derivatives, and revenue recognition (ASC606). He also provides audit and advisory services to all types of retirement plans, including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans.
In addition to his client facing work, Eric is heavily involved in the oversight and maintenance of user experience on the firm’s auditing software platform including content updates, standards updates, and related rollouts. Eric also serves as an instructor for Kreischer Miller’s in-house training seminars.
