Ellen is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Human Resources group. Ellen has over 15 years of experience with a wide range of human resources (HR) generalist projects and currently leads the firm’s HR benefits and wellness strategies, as well as HRIS/Payroll technology initiatives. She uses a service driven approach, with the goal of delivering a best in class employee experience, and is passionate about helping Kreischer Miller’s team members navigate the complex world of benefits.

Background

Ellen began her career in HR when she joined Kreischer Miller in 2006. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Ellen worked at General Motors in the financial services division for 18 years.
