As a Director of Risk Management, Chris is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Quality Control function to ensure that client engagements comply with professional standards and exceed client expectations. He oversees firm compliance with a variety of professional requirements including licensing and peer review. He also helps solve complex accounting and financial reporting issues relating to revenue recognition, leasing, business combinations, and other matters. Finally, Chris is responsible for establishing policies and procedures to reduce risk and increase the quality of services throughout the firm.
Chris has a wide range of experience providing audit and accounting services to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, and not-for-profit organizations.
Background
Chris joined Kreischer Miller in 2020. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Chris was a Senior Manager in PwC’s National Quality Organization in Florham Park, NJ, where his responsibilities included reviewing all matters related to reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a portfolio of publicly traded clients (and those seeking to become publicly traded). Prior to joining PwC’s National Quality Organization, he worked as a Manager at PwC in Philadelphia, PA, where he provided audit services for a range of companies in the Health Industries sector.
