Background

Amanda joined Kreischer Miller in 2024. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Amanda was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Day & Zimmermann in Philadelphia, PA, where she managed all staff hiring for Day & Zimmermann’s Yoh Staffing business unit. Her responsibilities included leading the corporate Yoh Talent Acquisition team, partnering with senior leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. Amanda recruited for all leadership positions including director-level positions and above, while overseeing all KPIs for talent acquisition partners.

Amanda also worked as a Senior Talent Consultant at ORS Partners in Audubon, PA, where she managed their U.S. and Canada recruiting function and provided talent acquisition consulting for startups and tech firms like iPipeline.
