Kreischer Miller's most recent Private Company Pulse SurveyTM , conducted by its Center for Private Company Excellence, was featured in a March 6, 2018 article in Lehigh Valley Business.
According to the article, things are looking up for privately-owned businesses in the region. The survey found that over the last 18 months, privately-held and family-owned companies believe their business prospects are improving and their level of optimism has steadily risen over that time. The biggest challenge for these businesses, however, continues to be finding qualified employees.
