HORSHAM, PA, August 19, 2019 — Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced the appointment of Lisa G. Pileggi as Director-in-Charge of its Tax Strategies group. As Director-in-Charge, Lisa will provide strategic leadership and management of the group as well as continue to support her clients across a range of tax compliance and advisory matters.
Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group offers tax planning, consulting, and tax preparation compliance services for privately-held companies, family businesses, not-for-profit organizations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. The practice is one of the largest in the region with almost 60 professionals, including many with significant experience at international firms.

Lisa Pileggi has worked for Kreischer Miller for 15 years and throughout that time she has taken a relationship-centric approach to working with her clients, the Tax Strategies group, and the firm as a whole. She helps her clients navigate various business cycles (i.e., growth, maturity, and exit), advising them on the corporate and individual tax-related implications of M&A transactions, succession planning, and changing tax laws. Within Kreischer Miller, Lisa is an instructor for the firm’s in-house professional and soft skills training program, and serves as a career counselor to help team members identify and navigate their career paths within the firm as well as in the accounting profession. She is also actively involved in RISE, Kreischer Miller’s women’s network. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Lisa worked as an Internal Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
