Ranked #4 in the Midsize Employer Category
HORSHAM, PA, March 23, 2015 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia area since 1975, today announced that it has been selected as a Top Workplace for 2015 by philly.com. The firm ranked fourth in the Midsize Employer category, defined as companies with 151-500 employees.
Kreischer Miller also received a special recognition award for New Ideas, defined as companies whose employees feel their ideas are encouraged. The firm received the highest survey scores from employee responses in the category.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Kreischer Miller had a 91 percent employee response rate to the survey.
