New Practice to be Headed by Bobbi D. Kelly, Director

HORSHAM, PA, January 24, 2022 —Kreischer Miller, a leading independent accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced the launch of its new Talent Advisory practice. The practice is designed to assist middle market, privately held companies in creating an intentionally designed people plan that connects their business strategy to their desired business results through their employees.

Utilizing a propriety talent optimization framework, Kreischer Miller’s Talent Advisory practice aims to help business leaders align their people with their business strategy to boost productivity, build a winning culture, and create the flexibility a company needs to successfully adapt to change over time.

Core services of the practice include:

  • Hiring tools, including job description optimization, interview guides customized to candidates, and onboarding support
  • Organizational design to create high performing teams
  • Leadership training
  • Team building and culture alignment
  • Employee engagement surveys
  • Executive coaching
  • Multi-generational employee workshops

“Public accounting firms are increasingly viewed as business advisors to their clients, and we are launching this new Talent Advisory practice in direct response to client requests for assistance with their workforce and organizational development,” said Christopher F. Meshginpoosh, Managing Director of Kreischer Miller. “Talent is the backbone of privately held and family-owned companies, and the pandemic has amplified how critical employees are to these companies’ success,” he continued. “A company’s financial health and its talent strategy are uniquely linked, and there is increasing awareness that a company’s business objectives can be met with and through its employees.”

The new practice will be led by Bobbi D. Kelly. Bobbi is a Director at Kreischer Miller, and prior to launching the Talent Advisory practice, she played a key role in the firm’s talent strategy. In her previous role she implemented a talent optimization framework for the firm’s leadership and team members, resulting in more than $1 million in savings in employee turnover and engagement costs over a four-year period. Kreischer Miller was also named a Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer for multiple years, ranking number one in the mid-size employer category for 2019 and 2021.

“The labor market is tighter than ever, which has led to an intensifying focus on the employee experience,” Bobbi said. “Employees are asking themselves deep questions about what is meaningful for them – in their lives as well as in their careers. Talent optimization provides a tangible, actionable framework for companies to help meet their employees’ needs and create a stronger connection between their business strategy and their results through their employees. The result is increased employee engagement, reduced turnover, and a positive impact to the bottom line.”
