Clark, Bradley J. Runyen, Eric C. Sakelaridos, Mary-Ann F. Schaller, Allison J. Shoemaker, George J. Solometo, Kathryn J. Stewart, and Elizabeth A. Ward.

Jeffrey W. Clark, CPA, MST is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2011. Jeff previously worked as a controller for a residential homebuilder in Chester County, Pennsylvania as well as a tax manager for national and regional public accounting firms. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Taxation from Widener University. Jeff has over 30 years of experience with multi-state companies in various industries, focusing on corporate, partnership, and individual taxation. As a member of Kreischer Miller’s Entrepreneurial Services Group, he specializes in providing business advisory and tax planning and compliance services to middle market companies and entrepreneurial businesses.

Bradley J. Runyen, CPA is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2010 upon graduation from West Chester University, where he received a B.S. in Accounting. Brad provides a variety of tax services, including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research, to corporations, multi-state companies, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. He has a diversified range of experience providing services to a variety of companies in the construction, manufacturing, real estate, distribution, and service industries. Brad is also an active member of Kreischer Miller’s Construction Industry Group, where he assists clients with construction accounting methods and other best practices.

Eric C. Sakelaridos, CPA is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2013 upon graduation from Bloomsburg University, where he earned a B.S.B.A in Finance and a Master’s in Accounting. Eric has a wide range of experience providing audit, accounting, and business advisory services to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, construction contractors, software companies, professional service companies, and investment companies. He has assisted numerous clients with an array of technical accounting topics, including business combinations and various equity compensation structures. He also provides audit and advisory services to all types of retirement plans, including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans.

Mary-Ann F. Schaller, CPA, is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 1999. Mary-Ann previously worked in the Tax department in the Philadelphia office of a Big 4 accounting firm, which included the Compensation and Benefits practice. Her responsibilities included oversight of the local office’s Form 5500 compliance practice and designing executive compensation programs, including cash and equity incentive plans as well as various nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Mary-Ann holds a B.S. in Accounting from Temple University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law. She has extensive experience in providing various aspects of tax planning, business advisory, and compliance services to corporations, multi-state companies, partnerships, trusts, high-net-worth individuals, and exempt organizations.

Allison J. Shoemaker, CPA is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2004. Allison previously worked in the Tax department in the Philadelphia office of a Big 4 accounting firm. As the office’s Director of Tax Compliance, she established a model compliance center to implement and develop new training processes and was responsible for the Pennsylvania Business Unit’s training as well as serving as an instructor for national training and managing staff projects for 100 professionals. Allison was also previously involved in organizing a startup multi-family business office and headed its tax department. She holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Seton Hall University and a Master of Tax from Villanova University School of Law. Allison has more than 25 years of experience serving middle market and small businesses in the investment, professional services, manufacturing, and distribution industries. She specializes in providing tax planning, business advisory, and compliance services to large corporations, multi-state companies, partnerships, family offices, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.

George J. Solometo, CPA is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2017. George previously worked for a regional accounting firm, where he provided accounting, auditing, and tax services to business clients. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration: Accounting from West Virginia University. George has experience providing audit, review, and consulting services to a variety of businesses, including government contractors, engineers, architects, construction contractors, real estate developers and investors, manufacturers, and distributors. He also has experience with audits of employee benefits plans, including 401(k) and pension plans. George is an active member of Kreischer Miller’s Government Contracting Industry Group, and he works with a number of Department of Defense contractors as well as contractors supporting government organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security.

Kathryn J. Stewart, CPA, MT is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2009 upon graduation from Chestnut Hill College, where she earned a B.S. in Accounting. She also holds a M.T. in Taxation from Villanova University. Kate has a wide range of experience providing tax and business advisory services and enjoys working with business owners and key personnel to assist with various tax matters. She serves clients in the construction, distribution, real estate, and manufacturing industries, assisting with various matters including tax planning, tax compliance, cost segregation studies, research and development tax credits, business growth, and succession planning. Kate is an active member of Kreischer Miller’s Construction Industry Group, helping clients throughout the year to maximize their tax savings in addition to planning ahead for future needs. Kate also develops internal and external professional training along with up-to-date tax alerts related to the construction industry.

Elizabeth A. Ward, CPA is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2009 upon graduation from Saint Joseph’s University, where she earned a B.S. in Accounting. Liz has experience providing audit, accounting, and tax services to a variety of businesses, specifically government contractors, engineering firms, and other professional service firms. For government contractors, she specializes in ensuring clients are compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations and she prepares overhead rate audits for Departments of Transportation as well as other state and federal agencies. Liz also has assisted clients with business advisory services, including acquisition due diligence and quality of earnings reviews. She is an active member of Kreischer Miller’s Government Contracting and Architecture & Engineering Industry Groups, and she has presented at continuing professional education seminars on topics related to those industries.
