Assistance Programs

• Pennsylvania DBE Supportive Services Center: The DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) Supportive Services Center, a shared initiative between the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, provides training and consulting services that will enable DBE’s to acquire the proficiency, expertise, and experience necessary to compete, on an equal basis, with non-DBE’s for federally-assisted PennDOT highway contracts and subcontracts.
