Areas of Specialization

Michele leads Kreischer Miller’s Internal Technology Department, managing all technology initiatives. She oversees all computer-related activities including data management, help desk, network availability, security, budget, licensing compliance, disaster recovery, IT-related training and telecommunications.

Michele focuses on providing strategic technical direction that is secure while still allowing high functionality. She evaluates the need for new technology and systems implementations to meet the firm’s requirements.

Michele brings a commitment to quality and dedication when designing innovative solutions for the firm.

Background

Michele joined Kreischer Miller in 2006. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Michele led the IT Infrastructure Department at ECRI, a global independent nonprofit focused on healthcare technology and safety. Her responsibilities included the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s computing systems. She also worked as a Network Administrator at ASPRE, Inc., a web hosting company, where she provided technical services including network design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance. Before transitioning to a career in technology, Michele worked in the environmental industry performing compliance projects, hazard waste training for the Navy and then at Chemical Waste Management as an Environmental Regulatory Specialist where she worked with government agencies on the treatment and disposal of waste. Michele’s diverse background in communications, environmental science, and technology has given her unique experiences to draw from and use at Kreischer Miller.
