Cindy Warkow is an Executive Recruiter in Kreischer Miller’s Human Capital Resources group. She focuses on Permanent Executive Search solutions for clients and devotes time to marketing the HCR team. Cindy brings over 20+ years of product management and business development experience, working for companies such as Pfizer Pharmaceutical and Comcast Cellular. She worked closely with Finance, Engineering, R&D, Customer Service and Operations in various industries, and brings a fresh perspective to personalized recruitment solutions.

Cindy managed a number of existing consumer products such as Plax Dental Rinse, Campbell’s Soup, Bayer Aspirin, Bass Shoes and Van-Heusen shirts. At Pfizer, she led an Rx-to-OTC switch team to launch new consumer products. At Comcast Cellular, Cindy led interdepartmental teams to launch new cellular products. She was a Business Development Consultant for companies including AIG Insurance, Triton PCS and several Internet start-up companies. Her focus in consumer products has always been to assess customer needs, work with technical staff to create a product to meet those needs and ultimately deliver revenue for the company.

Cindy is active in a variety of community services including biking in the MS-150, serving as a Board Member for her local synagogue and has served on the Children’s Hospital Daisy Day committee, co-chaired a local 5K run and serves as a panel member for the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Fee Disputes Committee..
