TYLER RIDGEWAY TO LEAD HUMAN CAPITAL RESOURCES GROUP
AT KREISCHER MILLER

HORSHAM, PA, February 14, 2005 — Stephen W. Christian, Managing Director of Kreischer Miller, an accounting, tax and business advisory firm located in Horsham, PA announced the appointment of Tyler A. Ridgeway to the leadership position of the Human Capital Resources (HCR) Group at Kreischer Miller. Mr. Ridgeway’s responsibilities will primarily focus on providing executive search solutions (across all industry and functional lines) and human resource consulting services. In announcing the appointment, Mr. Christian stated, “We are excited to have someone of Tyler’s talents and experience lead our team in continuing our outstanding success in advancing the cause of our clients in the human resource arena”.

Tyler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Psychology, which was awarded by Pennsylvania State University and earned his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Tyler was an associate attorney with a law firm specializing in business law, litigation, estate planning, and tax, with a concentration in sports management. 

Mr. Ridgeway is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, as well as the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Bar Associations.  He also serves as Treasurer on the Cabinet of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
