Kreischer Miller Appoints New Director

HORSHAM, PA, July 14, 2004 — Stephen W. Christian, Managing Director, announced that Christopher F. Meshginpoosh, has been promoted to Director at Kreischer Miller (KM), a regional accounting, tax and business advisory firm.

Chris specializes in providing assurance and other advisory services to publicly traded and closely-held entities and their owners. He will be responsible for the management and delivery of consulting services related to mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, financial forecasting, compensation assessments, and business performance measurement.

Prior to joining KM, Mr. Meshginpoosh served as the Chief Financial Officer of Liquent, Inc. (formerly ESPS, Inc.), one of the largest publicly traded software firms in the Greater Philadelphia area. He has also worked for Luminant Worldwide Corporation, Miller/Davis Co., and in KPMG’s Philadelphia and Denver offices.

Mr. Meshginpoosh is a graduate of West Chester University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
