INTRO: Kreischer, Miller & Co. announces new management roles.
New Managing Director Elected to Lead Kreischer, Miller & Co.
Kreischer, Miller & Co. (“KM&Co.”), a regional accounting and consulting firm, announces the election of Stephen W. Christian to the position of Managing Director, effective February 1, 2002. Mr. Christian succeeds Jack Kreischer, founder of the firm. Mr. Kreischer will direct his skills and efforts toward the challenge of establishing new business initiatives within the firm, in addition to continuing to serve clients. John O. Heck will succeed Mr. Christian as head of the General Services Group.
Most recently, Mr. Christian was the Director in charge of the firm’s General Services Group, which provides professional, timely and personalized accounting, auditing and other assurance services to our clients. Prior to joining KM&Co. in 1985, he was a member of the management group of Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia. Mr. Christian graduated from Wake Forest University and obtained his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. In his new role of Managing Director, Mr. Christian will, in addition to serving clients, be responsible for managing the growth of KM&Co., developing the firm’s vision and overseeing the operations of the firm.
