INTRO: Lisa A. McLemore joins Kreischer, Miller & Co. as a
Director of Tax Services
HORSHAM, PA, November 22, 2002 — Kreischer, Miller &
Co. (KM&Co.), a regional accounting firm, is pleased to announce the
addition of Lisa A. McLemore to the firm.
Lisa recently joined KM&Co. as a Director of Tax Services. In this role, she will provide tax
compliance and consulting services to both closely held businesses and their
owners, as well as, publicly held companies.
Ms. McLemore began her career in tax services at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, in 1989 as a tax manager specializing in
providing tax due diligence and structuring services. Most recently, she comes
from the Philadelphia office where she has been the Tax Management Process
Services partner for the Southeast Region (Pennsylvania to Florida) that
provides compliance services for mid-cap and large multi-national clients.
After graduating from Walsh University, Ms. McLemore
obtained her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Ms.
McLemore has been active in several leadership roles within PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP, most notably, she is the creator and sponsor of, Women’s Career
Development Forum, an internal development forum for the women of the PwC Philadelphia
and New York Tax Departments, co-creator and sponsor of, PwC Women’s
Network, an
external marketing network for the female managers and partners of the PwC
Philadelphia office.
Lisa resides in Phoenixville with her husband and
children. They are very active with the
Phoenixville Area YMCA and the Philadelphia Area United Way. Ms. McLemore has also been involved with
Women’s Way.
