INTRO:         Vicari Guest Appearance

Mario O. Vicari, Jr. on CN8’s Money Matters Today

HORSHAM, PA, March 16, 2006 — On February 8th, Mario Vicari was a guest of host Mary Caraccioli on CN8’s Money Matters Today program. The segment focused on family business and family succession planning. The show is designed to help everyday people solve everyday money challenges. Mr. Vicari spoke of the need for families to view succession as a long-term process and of the hard work that is required to build future leaders.

Mr. Vicari is a CPA, as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is the Director of the Family Business practice at Kreischer Miller. Vicari has a wide range of experience in helping family businesses prepare for the future. In association with the Delaware Valley Family Business Center, he conducted a survey of family businesses in the Greater Philadelphia area, publishing the results last April. We believe this report is the first of its kind for the area and showed that while respondents felt that having a clear vision of future leadership and management was the most important issue, few felt they were prepared for the journey.
