ANNOUNCE MERGER

HORSHAM, PA, June 28, 2006 — Kreischer Miller, one of the largest accounting, tax and business advisory firms serving the Greater Philadelphia region, has announced that it will merge with Hege Kramer Connell Murphy & Goldkamp, P.C. (Hege Kramer) effective July 1, 2006. The combined firm will practice as Kreischer Miller and will employ close to 150 people.

Hege Kramer, a certified public accounting firm of 40 people, including six directors, serves the Greater Philadelphia region from its Horsham, PA office. Its name stockholders founded the firm 15 years ago, after serving as partners with Main Hurdman and KPMG.

Kreischer Miller’s Managing Director, Stephen Christian, stated, “The merger will allow Kreischer Miller to add outstanding team members to take advantage of market opportunities and to enter into several new industry niches.
