Steve has a wide range of experience providing business advisory, audit, accounting, and tax services to a variety of businesses, including privately-held companies, partnerships, and SEC registrants. He also helps businesses obtain financing through public and private offerings.
Background
Steve joined Kreischer Miller in 1985 and was named Managing Director in 2002. He previously led the firm’s Audit & Accounting services group. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Steve was a member of the management group of Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia.
