Michael has responsibility for the firm’s internal administration, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, technology, cash management, firm assets, and business operations. His areas of expertise include management of organizations in the professional services, financial services, and technology industries. In addition, Michael has assisted companies with business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and creating profitability measuring tools.
Background
Michael joined Kreischer Miller in 2007. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller,
he was the Director of Finance for a securities class-action litigation law firm. He also served as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis for an internationally-renowned law firm. In addition, Michael has held positions as Director of Financial Operations for a publicly-traded specialty asset management firm and as a Manager of Corporate Planning for a large computer service organization. Michael began his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
