Harry provides tax planning and consultations to Kreischer Miller’s clients. He has extensive experience and background in estate planning, corporate taxation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign tax matters. He also has experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, and estates.
Background
Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Harry was a founding director of Hege Kramer Connell Murphy & Goldkamp. He also was previously a tax partner with KPMG and KMG Main Hurdman, where he was in charge of the tax department in the Philadelphia office. He was also Chairman of KMG Main Hurdman’s national technical tax committee on consolidated tax returns and the related regulations.
