Chris has a wide range of experience providing business advisory, audit, and accounting services to a variety of businesses, including privately-held companies, partnerships, and SEC registrants. He also helps businesses address issues including mergers and acquisitions, financings, planning and forecasting, internal controls, corporate governance, and performance improvement. Chris has experience working with clients in several industries, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and life sciences.
Background
Chris joined Kreischer Miller in 2003. Prior to working for Kreischer Miller, Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer of Liquent, Inc. (NASDAQ: LQNT), the world’s largest provider of regulatory publishing for the life sciences industry. Chris also previously served as the Vice President of Finance of Luminant Worldwide Corporation (NASDAQ: LUMT), where he played a key role in the acquisition and integration of nine businesses worth more than $350 million as well as the company’s $130M initial public offering. Chris also previously served as Controller at Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray, a multi-billion dollar real estate investment company whose holdings included Pebble Beach, Aspen Skiing Company, and the Beverly Hills Hotel. Finally, Chris served as a Senior Manager at KPMG in Philadelphia, where he provided accounting, audit, and advisory services for a diversified client base of closely-held and public companies.
