Senior - Tax Strategies

 

Kreischer Miller, voted One of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the past four years, continues to prosper and grow.  As a public accounting firm with approximately 150 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add talented professionals to our outstanding team, including hiring a Senior to join our Tax Strategies Team.

Tax Seniors are responsible for:

• Preparation of complex tax returns.
• Reviewing returns of all levels of difficulty. 
• Growing our client base – developing new business opportunities.

Position Requirements: 

• Perform diversified tax assignments under the direction of a Manager and/or Director, including preparation of complex tax returns,  
• Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards,
• Suggest client tax planning ideas to Manager and/or Director, and assists Manager/Director in tax planning and research,
• Prepare routine correspondence to client for approval and signature of a partner; writes comments for management letters.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Education and/or Prior Work Experience Requirements:

• BS in Accounting or equivalent,
• Minimum two years public accounting experience, demonstrating a progression in complexity of tax knowledge,
• Must have applicable state CPA license, and
• Proficiency in use of computers and computer tax software programs.
