As an employee, your long and short range professional development plans will be directed toward acquiring skills that are essential to meeting your goals. All employees participate in personalized training and development programs. And everyone on the staff is required to devote 40 to 60 hours each year to professional development activities.

Our staff also benefits from the participation of senior management in continuing education programs. Directors of the firm regularly teach professional development courses at the state and regional levels for the PICPA and the AICPA. We recognize that training, development and advancement have made Kreischer Miller what it is today. Our commitment to our people has created a work environment that is challenging and rewarding. We see continuing professional education (CPE) as an investment instead of a cost. We seek the best CPE from in-house and external training programs to ensure that our associates develop their personal and professional skills.

As a demonstration of our commitment to our people, we have developed and implemented a formal Mentoring Program for all of our professionals. The mentor is responsible for helping their respective “protégé” develop and achieve their career goals.
