As a public accounting firm with approximately 160 team members in suburban Philadelphia, we are currently seeking to add talented professionals to our outstanding team, including hiring a Financial Statements Document Processor. Position Responsibilities: Type financial statements, reports, and standard letters accurately and timely, while adhering to professional format. Prepare and submit weekly billing summaries to the Billing Department. Copy and bind financial statements and other client deliverables to their best quality. Prioritize workload, and communicate with Audit & Accounting professionals on work expectations and inform them of financial statements processes. Provide administrative support to other departments in the Firm. Desired Personal Values and Capabilities:
Qualifications: High School diploma required with a minimum of 1 – 3 years related business experience. Statistical typing experience highly desirable. Must be willing to work overtime as needed, especially during the busy accounting/tax season from January through mid-April, mid-September to mid-October and occasionally throughout the remainder of the year.
