Our newest life/work benefit means that between the Memorial Day holiday and Labor Day, we close our office at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.  This allows our team members to start their weekends early during the summer.
• KM Cares
KM Cares is our community service outreach program that provides team members with a multitude of opportunities to serve the community.  Some of our programs are organized team events, such as the MS Walk and the Lupus Loop.  Other programs are in office events such as blood drives and National Lee Denim Day.  The third component includes paid time off to serve the organization of your choosing.
