Bill Rymer is the Director of the Business Advisory Services Group at Kreischer Miller.  Bill joined the firm in October 2007 and leads the firm’s efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, transactional support, strategic planning, operational performance improvement, forecasting/planning, financial structuring and cashflow management.

Bill graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Accounting.  Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Constar International, Inc. a public manufacturing company. Bill also served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of American Pacific Enterprises LLC, a designer, importer and distributor of home furnishings.  In addition to these roles, Bill served as Senior Vice President-Finance as well as Controller and other accounting roles for various portfolio companies of several private equity firms. Bill has supported over 15 completed transactions with a combined market value of $1.2 billion, as well as participated in numerous refinancings and credit facility negotiations.  Bill began his career with Arthur Andersen, last serving as Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Group. 

Bill is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina and is a member of both the AICPA and the Association for Corporate Growth in the Philadelphia area.

Bill is active in coaching youth sports.
