Michael L. Riesenbach, the Director of Internal Operations at Kreischer Miller, is responsible for the internal financial reporting, planning and budgeting, technology, cash management, firm assets and business operations.  His areas of expertise include professional service firms, financial service organizations and technology organizations.  In addition, Michael has assisted companies with business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and creating profitability measuring tools.

Michael graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in History and from Drexel University with MBAs in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller in December of 2007, he worked as the Director of Finance of a securities class-action litigation law firm. He also served as a manager of financial reporting and analysis for an internationally renowned law firm. In addition, he has held positions as Director of Financial Operations for a publicly-traded specialty asset management firm, and as a manager of corporate planning for a large computer service organization. Michael began his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand.

Michael is licensed as a CPA in the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael volunteers much of his personal time to coaching and enjoys other recreational time at the beach with his family and friends.
