John F. Schlechter, Jr. is
a Director in the Audit and Accounting Group at Kreischer Miller. During his years with the firm, John has serviced a broad base of business clients in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, professional service and not-for-profit industries. Before becoming a Director, John served as head of the firm’s manufacturing/distribution specialized industry group for five years. He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and joined Kreischer Miller upon graduation. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has participated on various committees of the Pennsylvania Institute. He has served in various capacities and is currently secretary of the North Penn Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He is also active in the local Chambers of Commerce. John has spoken to groups on various financial, accounting and tax-related topics. John’s community activities include being Treasurer of the Bucks County Chapter of Trout Unlimited and has served in various capacities at his local church.
