Mary Ellen Harris is the Director of Human Resources at Kreischer Miller. Mary Ellen is responsible for the internal human resources function of the firm. Her primary focus is on the development and growth of firm employees. Her areas of expertise include performance management, leadership skills training, culture enhancement and employee retention. Mary Ellen graduated cum laude from York College of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. She then attended Pennsylvania State University in Great Valley, PA, where she graduated with honors with a Master of Education degree in Instructional Systems and Organization Development. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Mary Ellen worked for several large publicly traded corporations in both strategic human resources management roles as well as operational management roles. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a member of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. |
