| Timothy
A. Dudek is a director in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group.
He has a wide range of experience in tax services including
planning, consulting and compliance for corporations, partnerships,
individuals and non-profit organizations as well as significant
experience and expertise in the area of state and local taxation. He
has experience in a wide variety of industries including
manufacturing, distribution, services, and real estate. Tim
graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in
Accounting and continues to be active in the University’s student
internship program. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Tim spent
fifteen years with an international public accounting firm,
ultimately serving as the Director of the firm’s state and local
practice.
He also chaired the Real Estate Tax Group, as well as the
Fiduciary Tax Group, at his prior employment. In addition, Tim
was Department Head of the Fiduciary Tax Section of a large
Philadelphia law firm.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. He was active as an enrolled agent practicing
before the Internal Revenue Service.
