Stephen W. Christian, CPA

Stephen W. Christian is Managing Director of Kreischer Miller. Steve
has had a wide range of experience providing business advisory,
audit, accounting and tax services to a variety of businesses. His
clients have comprised SEC registrants as well as privately-held
companies and partnerships. In addition, his experience includes
assisting businesses to obtain financing through public and private
offerings.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with an M.B.A. in corporate finance. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, Steve was a member of the management group of Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve serves on the Governing Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves with other nominated business leaders in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the PICPA’s Strategic Advisory Board. The purpose of the Board is to provide guidance and counsel to PICPA leadership. Steve is a past member of the PICPA Council and the Executive Committee. He also participates on the Boards of several Greater Philadelphia area companies. Steve serves on a variety of boards of civic and charitable organizations. |
